How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select your options, upload your logo or design if available, and complete checkout. If you don't have your files ready, you can reply to your order confirmation email or contact us to send them afterward.
What files can I send?
We accept logos, artwork, inspiration photos, mockups, screenshots, and design ideas. If you're unsure whether your file will work, send it anyway and we'll let you know.
I forgot to upload my logo. What should I do?
No problem! Simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us by email or text with your logo, artwork, or design files.
Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?
Yes! Every custom order includes a digital proof for your approval before production begins.
Can I make changes to my design?
Absolutely! We offer unlimited revisions before your order goes into production.
When does production begin?
Production begins only after you approve your digital proof.
What happens if I don't respond to my proof?
We'll send your proof by email. If we don't receive a response within 2 business days, we may move forward with the design that best matches the files and information you provided to help avoid delays.
How long does production take?
Most custom orders are completed within 4–7 business days after your proof has been approved.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every order is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we made an error with your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before design work has started. Once your proof has been approved and production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
What if there is a mistake on my order?
If the mistake was made by Salay Design N Print LLC, we'll correct it at no additional cost. If the proof was approved with an error, we cannot be responsible for mistakes that were approved.
