Because every item is custom made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer approved products.

 

Before printing, you will receive a digital proof whenever applicable. Please carefully review your design, spelling, colors, sizing, and any other details before approving your order.

 

We offer unlimited design revisions before production at no additional charge to help ensure your order is exactly how you want it.

 

If your order arrives with a printing error, incorrect design, or manufacturing defect caused by Salay Design N Print LLC , please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will gladly replace your order at no additional cost.

 

We may request photos of the item to help us review the issue before approving a replacement.
