Refund Policy
At Salay Design N Print LLC, every order is custom made specifically for each customer.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once your design has been approved.
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof whenever applicable. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve all spelling, logos, colors, sizing, and design details. We provide unlimited revisions before printing so you can request any changes needed before giving final approval.
Refunds are only issued if the mistake was made by Salay Design N Print LLC.
If we determine that we printed the wrong design, used incorrect artwork, or made a production error, you may choose one of the following:
• A free replacement
• A full refund after all items from the order have been returned
To receive a refund, all items included in the original order must be returned. For example, if you ordered 20 custom items, all 20 items must be returned before the refund can be processed.
Refunds will not be issued for customer approved designs, spelling mistakes that were approved, change of mind, or errors that were not caused by Salay Design N Print LLC.
