Welcome to Salay Design N Print LLC . By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.

 

Order Approval

 

Most custom orders include a digital proof before production. It is your responsibility to carefully review all artwork, spelling, colors, logos, sizing, and design details before approving your order.

 

Unlimited Design Revisions

 

We offer unlimited design revisions before production to ensure you're happy with your design. Production begins only after your final approval.

 

Communication

 

Please monitor your email after placing your order. If we contact you regarding your design and do not receive a response after three attempts, we reserve the right to proceed with the version we believe best reflects your submitted artwork to avoid unnecessary delays.

 

Production & Shipping

 

Production begins only after your design has been approved. Most orders are completed and shipped within 4 to 7 business days after approval.

 

Custom Products

 

All products are custom made specifically for each customer. Because of this, approved orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded unless the error was made by Salay Design N Print LLC.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Salay Design N Print LLC  is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other events outside of our control.
