Shipping Information

All products sold by Salay Design N Print LLC  are custom made to order.

 

Once your order is placed, we will create a digital proof for your approval whenever applicable. Production does not begin until your design has been approved.

 

After approval, most orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 7 business days.

 

Please note that shipping times provided by the carrier are separate from our processing time and may vary depending on your location.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their email and respond promptly to design approvals. Delayed responses may result in delayed shipping.

 

If we attempt to contact you regarding your design three times without receiving a response, we reserve the right to proceed with the version we believe best matches your submitted artwork so your order is not delayed indefinitely.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
